Major typos in here.
"Million" should be replaced by "billion" in the second to last paragraph.
Also, $11.5 should be followed by "trillion" in the last paragraph (gee, let's fantasize for a minute and imagine that we could wipe out all our debt for $11.5,,,,,,,,,,,,,).
